MCT/MST feedback

To use all of my MCT\MST comments and use them to improve my teaching skills I do the following:

1. Discuss my MST teaching skills and how I can improve them.
2. Search for some teaching strategies and some ways to improve them during my teaching practice.
3. Ask my colleagues about some new teaching strategies that I can use while I'm teaching.
