Introduction
The Professional development plan is a method that the teacher must write before each term or educational year, this can help teachers to improve their teaching skills. All teachers should be creating on their Professional development plan to know the main personal important point in each term. This plan allows teachers to assess their advantages and weaknesses in order to improve their teaching progress.
I believe that PDP is very important for every lesson along with teacher philosophy because it might help to evaluate and improve their teaching techniques.
Justification:
Every teacher should use a professional development plan in their teaching process. So, it will benefit from a personal development plan to help them better arrange their time and stay organized. Moreover, teachers become more professional and have more time to focus on learners rather than on paperwork. Also, a teacher can find new teaching ways with their learners too. Furthermore, It assists teachers in becoming more effective educators and future school administrators. Furthermore, a professional development plan helps a teacher overcome all the key barriers he or she has in the classroom, and it is an excellent method to create a dream classroom.
